1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the num-era.com website and the provision of consulting services by NUM-ERA S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania.
2. Services
NUM-ERA provides numerical simulation consulting including dynamic thermal modelling, fire safety CFD, green building certification consultancy, and high-performance computing services. All deliverables are defined in individual project proposals.
3. Intellectual property
All simulation models, reports, and documentation created by NUM-ERA remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point deliverables are licensed to the client for the agreed project use. Our methodologies, templates, and internal tools remain our property.
4. Liability
Our simulations are predictive models based on the information provided to us. While we follow industry best practices and validated tools, results are estimates subject to the accuracy of input data. NUM-ERA is not liable for decisions made based on simulation results beyond the scope of the agreed engagement.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% advance upon agreement and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client project data as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference project details without explicit written consent. NDAs are available upon request.
7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced proportionally.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
9. Website use
